After careful consideration, I have decided to close my practice, Vertrees Clinical Group. The last day that our providers will see patients is November 1, 2024. Jillian Richardson’s last day to see patients will be October 30th. My last day will be November 1st.
While Jillian and I are available to provide your or your child with care until the above-mentioned end dates, you will need to secure a new provider prior to that date to ensure continuous care. We have provided a referral list for your convenience.
Your health and well-being are of utmost importance to our staff. It has been a pleasure to serve our patients over the last 9 years.
