Click on your provider’s name and you will automatically enter their virtual waiting room. Your provider will admit you to the session when they are ready for you.
This is how you will always access your scheduled Telehealth appointment. You will no longer received a link via email. Please reference you appointment reminder for your scheduled appointment date/time.
Checklist
- You will need the Zoom app loaded on your device.
- Ensure you have a reliable internet connection.
- Confirm that Zoom has access to both your camera and microphone and each are turned on. The provider will need to see and hear you.
- Find a quiet place. If there is too much background noise or distractions the provider can choose to stop the appointment and require you to reschedule an in office appointment.
- Telehealth appointments cannot be done while you are driving. If you are in your car, please make sure that you are parked before entering the waiting room.
- If you are not brought into the session by your provider within 10 to 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, please call us at 615-784-4056.
